Refund Policy

Except as expressly stated in our Platform Service Agreement or where required by law, all payments are non-refundable.

Our services also come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. If a service does not meet these consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a remedy, which may include a refund where required by law.
Refunds are generally not provided for change of mind, partial use of a billing period, or unused portions of a service term.
